They were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us get through to U-Haul roadside assist, then let us wait in their office for the repair guy - even staying past their closing time. “After losing the ability to shift, I was fortunate enough to contact “HARVEY” at B&B Wrecker Service in Pecos, TX. A loaded semi tractor and trailer, Harvey showed up in a timely manner and immediately started to prepare for the 200 mile tow... For all those that have made such a 4 hour trip, the ride is often uncomfortable with someone you have never met. This was certainly not the case with Harvey. The conversation was congenial and a candid life history for us both... Harvey was great. He spoke highly about his company, he hustled at every opportunity during both the hook and unhook, he was patient during a tire repair, he was a safe driver and kept me informed the entire time. But most important, Harvey was a nice guy. After an obvious rough start in life, he was proud of his now supervisory position as well as the job he was performing.
